- - All bookings must be paid in full at least 24 hours in advance and are non-refundable within 24 hours of pre-booked service time unless service is cancelled by Yellow Water Taxis.
- - If paying via EFT, payment in full needs to be made and remittance sent at least two weeks prior to service date.
- - Same day bookings are non-refundable. A credit card number must be provided for all bookings to secure a boat, even if the preferred method of payment is cash on board.
- - A 20% deposit is required for all bookings and is fully refundable as long as cancelled 8 days or more prior to pre booked day.
- - Cancellations within 7 days of pre-booked time will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations received within the period of 24 hours prior to departure will be charged in full, a 100% fee.
- - Yellow Water Taxis reserves the right to cancel or postpone services due to weather or swell conditions, and/or safety.
- - Waiting charge commences after 5 minutes of pre booked time @ $3.30 per minute / per water taxi.

- - All forms of payment is accepted, we accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Diners, or even EFT.
- - All Credit Cards incur a surcharge. All American Express and Diners Cards have a service fee of 5%. MasterCard and Visa, 3% Service Fee. This percentage will be added onto the final total.
- - Yellow Water Taxis reserves the right to outsource a sub-contracted vessel when need be.
- - If passengers have not cancelled or fail to show at the booked time or location the water taxi can only wait up to 15 minutes, they will be charged 100% of the quoted fare.
- - ONLINE QUOTATION CALCULATOR - SPECIAL EVENT DAYS/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS/EARLY OR LATE BOOKINGS: The Online Quotation does not apply for Public Holidays or Special Event Days. Such as but not limited to, New Years Eve, Boxing Day, Australia Day, etc. This also applies for Bookings outside our regular trading hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm, we may still operate but additional fees apply.
